It doesn’t fit. Can I return it?
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so sales are final and we can’t take returns or exchanges for fit. Check the size chart on the product page before you order. If we sent the wrong size, that’s on us: we replace it free.
Something’s wrong with my print.
Send a photo to hello@unshy.ai within 30 days of delivery. Misprints, defects and items damaged in shipping get replaced free or refunded, no interrogation.
I got the wrong item.
That’s on us. Send your order number and a photo to hello@unshy.ai, and we’ll send the right one free.
Can I return it if I changed my mind?
Every piece is printed just for you, so it’s final sale and we can’t take change-of-mind returns. Misprints, defects, damage and wrong items are still covered.
How long does a replacement take?
Replacements are printed to order too, so count on 2 to 5 business days to print plus delivery time. We start once we’ve confirmed the details with you.
Is a gift covered?
Yes, for misprints, defects, damage and wrong items, within 30 days of delivery. They’ll need the order number, so pass it along. Sizes are final, so check the size chart.
