How long until it gets here?
Every piece is printed after you order. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to most US addresses.
How much is shipping?
US orders over $70 ship free. Checkout shows the exact shipping cost for your address before you pay. No surprises after.
Do you ship outside the US?
Checkout lists every country we ship to. If yours isn’t on the list yet, we can’t deliver there yet.
How do I track my order?
When it ships, you get an email with a tracking link. The order status page linked in your confirmation email shows it too.
I ordered a tee and a hat. Why two packages?
Tees and hoodies are printed straight onto the fabric and hats get a printed transfer, so they can ship separately. Each package comes with its own tracking.
Will it arrive in time for a gift?
Add 2 to 5 business days of printing to 3 to 5 business days of shipping, then leave a few days of margin. Holiday weeks run slower, so order early.
Who actually ships it?
Our print partner, Printful, prints, packs and ships every order. Questions still come to us at hello@unshy.ai.
